This is your challenge:

  • Expand your business with existing and new products in your area.
  • Client management is one of your most important responsibilities, so intensive telephone and personal contact with your clients is a daily task. For personal contact you travel about 4 to 5 weeks a year and visit important trade shows or exhibitions.
  • Stay ‘on top’ of market changes and development to keep ahead of the supply and demand game. Because in the world of trading, change is the only constant.
  • Initiating and realizing new sales channels, by developing new product-market combinations.


This is why we are looking for you:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience, in Economics, Business Administration or International Business (preferred educations).
  • You have 3 to 8 years of experience as sales manager, account manager, export manager or trader, preferably in the food industry.  
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language (speaking and writing). Speaking multiple relevant languages as French, Spanish or German is an advantage.
  • You have refined intercultural skills. You know when and how to adapt flawlessly to the habits and customs of your client.
  • You have a competitive mindset and perseverance. In short, a winner’s mentality.
